OUR EXPERIECE: Randy has 25 years experience in executive management including 3 as Chief Executive Officer of a large custom home builder in San Antonio, Tx.  Problem solving at the CEO level in the custom home business has provided a level of expierence that will serve you well.  Terri studied Interior Design at Texas Tech University and has professional experience in new home construction from start to finish in the "designer selection process".  This enables Terri to have great house vision; the ability to see the possiblities when staging a property.  Staging is such a critical component in regards to selling a home for top dollar & I do not know of any better staging specialist in the Sacramento Mountains.

OR LIFE:  We have an understanding of the needs & stresses of moving your family from our own relocation experiences; living in 3 states while raising our two children who are now in their twenties.  In addition, we sold a very successful Real Estate business in San Antonio, Tx. because we love the Cloudcroft area & wanted a "lifestyle change"...and it has been AWESOME.  We are thankful to have served for many years in leadership at our church; that is our true passion.  We enjoy developing positive, lasting relationships in our personal and professional life.
