Professional Experience: Debbie started practicing real estate in the Cloudcroft area in 1999. This gives her years of experience and she knows practically every property on the mountain. Debbie has also practiced property management and is a New Mexico Notary, offering this extra service to her clients.
Education: Associate Degree from Midland College in Midland Texas
Outside Interests: Hiking, knitting, playing bunko, horseback riding and spending time with friends
Personal Information: Debbie is from Midland Texas, and her dad still lives there. She has four children and three granddaughters. Debbie has made these mountains her home since 1996 and she loves sharing the adventures of living here with her family, friends and clients.

Pledge to Clients: To serve my customers as I would want to be served. This involves taking a consultative approach in helping my customers. Educating my customers with the most current real estate data gives them the advantage of making the best real estate decisions.
Professional Experience: I began my real estate career in 2000 with my husband Joe. We wanted to take real estate service to a higher level for our clients and started our own business. Now that my husband has retired from real estate, I am thrilled to be part of the Everett Team as a buyer’s specialist.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Hawaii-Hilo
Outside Interests: I love to sew, garden, cycle, hike and spend time with family, friends, and of course my two golden retrievers.
Personal Information: I am a native Kansan, adopted Hawaiian, and now a contented New Mexican. My geographic migration has blessed me with many new friends and wonderful experiences. My husband Joe, who is University of Hawaii Professor Emeritus, and I have enjoyed our life journey together as we raised our children, delighted in the education of our students, and now feel grateful to be here with our dear family and friends.
